What You Will Do
Lead go-to-market strategy and positioning for flow cytometry solutions, design and execute integrated demand generation and inbound marketing programs, support product-led growth initiatives, create compelling scientific and commercial content, and optimize digital marketing performance.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in flow cytometry, cytometry software, bioinformatics, or related life sciences/scientific domains, combined with marketing experience in SaaS, scientific software, or B2B technology environments
- Proven ability to translate complex scientific and technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging for diverse buyer personas and audiences
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, and Scientific subject matter experts
- Strong background in digital marketing, inbound growth, marketing automation, campaign optimization, and performance measurement
- Experience supporting both sales-led and product-led growth motions, including trials, onboarding flows, and self-service conversion strategies
- Familiarity with content development, thought leadership, and customer storytelling in technical or scientific markets
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience using insights to improve campaign performance and customer engagement
