Staff Product Manager, Growth

Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of growth strategy, search innovation, and large-scale platform optimization, focusing on accelerating top-of-funnel user acquisition through organic discovery. You will lead high-impact SEO and machine translation initiatives that help millions of users discover relevant content across a vast, community-driven ecosystem.

What You Will Do

Own and drive the end-to-end product strategy for organic growth, develop and execute a forward-looking SEO strategy, lead technical SEO initiatives, partner with Engineering, Data, and Growth teams, design and optimize user journeys, build frameworks for structured data, and support the evolution of machine translation systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Strong foundational understanding of the SEO ecosystem
• Deep expertise in technical SEO at scale
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work across engineering, analytics, and product teams
• Ability to independently drive execution across the full product lifecycle
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field
