Role Overview
This role is focused on driving revenue expansion within existing customer accounts and inbound opportunities in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will own the end-to-end commercial lifecycle for upsell and cross-sell motions, turning qualified leads into measurable revenue growth.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for driving upsell, cross-sell, and expansion revenue across a defined portfolio of existing customers and inbound opportunities. This includes full ownership of the commercial pipeline, from qualification through negotiation and close.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account expansion, partnerships, or revenue-focused roles
- Proven success in upsell, cross-sell, or expansion-led revenue generation in quota-carrying environments
- Experience managing inbound, marketing-sourced, and sales-assisted opportunities
- Strong ability to own the full sales cycle from discovery to close
- Excellent value-based selling, negotiation, and deal execution skills
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting
- Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels, including executives
- Experience working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments (marketplace experience is a plus)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and cross-functional alignment skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
