Role Overview
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will help drive our goals by leading regional sales, marketing and commercial activities for Chemical & LST products across Europe. You will build and develop strategic customer relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will deliver commercial performance, including ownership of revenue targets in a high-value, complex market.
What You Will Do
Leading a regional sales team, managing forecasting, pricing and budgeting, providing market insight and competitive intelligence, working closely with R&D and Operations to support product development, scale-up and optimisation.

- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing revenue and forecasts
- Confident communicator, able to present technical and commercial solutions to customers
- Degree in sales, marketing, engineering or a related discipline
