Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and technically competent Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our Fixed Gas Detection Systems business in Greece and selected international markets. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with customers and partners, and providing technical guidance on fixed gas detection solutions.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners, and providing technical guidance on fixed gas detection solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Chemistry
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of Fixed Gas Detection Systems, industrial safety equipment, instrumentation, or related industrial products
- Experience working with industries such as Marine, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Power Generation, Manufacturing, or Mining
- Good understanding of gas detection principles and sensor technologies (Electrochemical, Infrared, Catalytic Bead, PID)
- Familiarity with international safety standards such as ATEX, IECEx, UL, MED, or equivalent
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, HART, and 4–20mA
- Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to conduct technical training and product demonstrations
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
