Role Overview
As a Manager, Account Executives – Sales, you will lead a high-growth Account Executive organization, building a winning culture and driving elite performance. You will be responsible for coaching and developing your team, ensuring alignment and empowerment, and owning the daily and weekly rhythm of your team.

Your main responsibilities will include coaching and performance, team alignment, methodology mastery, pipeline integrity and execution, closing and commercial excellence, and culture and talent development.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years in a sales representative role (Human Capital Management/PEO preferred)
- 2+ years of prior management experience
- Proficient in Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and SalesLoft
- Proven track record of managing a team of at least 4+ people to quota attainment
