Role Overview
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for over-the-phone sales and service process on behalf of stores, following best practices and ensuring prompt customer service and driving sales growth. The role involves creating and maintaining business relationships with customers, identifying decision makers, and penetrating targeted accounts. Work from home arrangement is available as an option.
What You Will Do
Create and maintain business relationships with customers, make outbound follow-up calls, handle inbound prospect calls, prepare and track weekly sales plans, and overcome objections of prospective customers.

Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years’ inside sales experience
- Experience working with CRM or customer database system
- Diplomatic and professional approach
- Customer orientated, adaptable and responsive to different customer inquiries
- Proficient computer skills and ability to work with multiple applications at a time
- Solid communication skills and results-focused
- Previous call center experience
- Commercial transportation knowledge
- Previous Kal Tire Store experience/knowledge
- Post-secondary education related to business preferred, but not required
