Role Overview

The Digital & Marketing Operations Specialist is a key member of the Marketing & Communications team at Kamco, responsible for developing and executing integrated communication strategies to enhance Kamco’s brand image, market visibility, and drive business growth.

What You Will Do

Support SEO and paid search initiatives, assist with campaign setup and execution, track and summarize marketing performance metrics, support email marketing efforts, and update website content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5–10 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or campaign execution roles
  • Experience supporting website content updates and working with external web vendors
  • Experience coordinating work with external agencies or vendors
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and strong follow through
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong experience with AI tools such as CoPilot to help with content creation, and overall productivity
