Role Overview
Kemper’s Sales Manager will work with agents in their assigned territory, recruiting, training, and supervising them to achieve results. The role involves prospecting for agent candidates, supervising and monitoring agent job functions, and conducting business inspections.
What You Will Do
The Sales Manager will spend 50-100% of their time in the field recruiting, training, and supporting agents in their assigned territories. They will also provide service for agencies without an assigned agent and report to the District Manager.
