Role Overview

Account Sales Manager Lead is responsible for up-selling and fulfillment/replenishment, focusing on execution. This position is accountable for assisting in the development of other Account Managers. Supporting Keurig Dr Pepper brands to retail stores within the assigned territory.

What You Will Do

Sell in KDP brands to maximize growth, monitor ads, and assist in the execution of these ads in the market. Develop and maintain a complete schedule of all approved vacation and paid time off for Account Managers. Conduct monthly STS with each AM and periodic training sessions.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role requires 3 years of customer service experience in a retail environment or a sales position with accountability for sales targets/up-selling. Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly. Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
