Role Overview
We’re looking for an Integrated Marketing Lead who understands the unique combination of precise audience segmentation, relevant messaging, strategic media planning, experimental design and overall customer journey, while rooted in driving ROI and scalable outcomes. In this role, you’ll work with Product Marketing, Content, Creative, Lifecycle, Web, and Field teams to help Klaviyo realize our vision for K:Service, our AI-first customer service platform.
What You Will Do
Ideate, design, and execute the K:Service marketing customer journey across all channels. Collaborate with Product Marketing and Service GTM teams to position K:Service for both marketing and service buyers, ensuring campaigns speak to CX metrics (deflection, resolution rate, CSAT) as well as pipeline, revenue, and retention.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in combination of channel, performance, lifecycle, demand gen, revenue, and integrated campaign marketing
- Proven expertise building end-to-end customer journeys and relevant campaigns to drive leads through the funnel
- Foundational knowledge of performance marketing success metrics and ability to report KPIs to executive leadership teams
- Advanced analytics experience with ability to manage complex data sets across site analytics and attribution models, Google Analytics and Salesforce preferred
