Role Overview
Lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market across Klaviyo’s largest and most strategic product portfolio, Marketing, Data Platform, and AI. Lead the GTM PMM team that translates innovation into impact for the field and customers.
What You Will Do
Craft differentiated positioning & messaging, partner with Product Managers and the field, establish Klaviyo as a thought leader in B2C marketing, launch new features and products, build sales and marketing assets, and support Sales teams in strategic deals.

Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing roles
- 5+ years of experience directly managing and coaching individual contributors
- Curious and AI-forward with a clear perspective on what AI means for buyers and marketing teams
- Comfortable owning a broad product portfolio – marketing, platform, and AI
- Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or marketing automation software is a major plus
