Role Overview

As Head of Online Marketing, you will develop our marketing department into a central growth driver for the company, steering all marketing activities along a clear funnel logic, establishing data-based decisions, and integrating marketing closely with E-Commerce, Creative & Brand, and other departments.

What You Will Do

You will lead our online marketing team, develop a dynamic online marketing strategy & funnel logic, keep conversion in mind, and work interdisciplinarily and market-oriented.

Requirements

  • Professionally at home in online marketing
  • Extensive e-commerce experience from company or agency environments
  • Built and scaled cross-channel marketing strategies
  • Experience in B2C or B2B performance marketing with complex funnels
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Strong performance and data competence
  • Experience in process development and working with analysis tools
