Role Overview
The Sales Manager (Channel) is responsible for motivating and coaching a team of Channel Account Managers to exceed quota in sales on a consistent basis. This position will own their own pipeline while acting as a mentor to sales reps to exceed their monthly sales quota by targeting Net New business opportunities.
What You Will Do
Mentor and coach a team of Channel Account Managers, monitor statistics, support Channel Account Managers with partner negotiations, maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management, and identify areas of improvement.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Channel Account Manager
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
- Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Strong collaborative and teamwork skills
- Strong analytical, strategic mindset, and negotiation skills
- Persuasive communication skills accompanied with the ability to gain a quick understanding of the needs and pain points of channel partners
