Role Overview
The Marketing Director leads the strategy, execution, and measurement of multi-channel marketing programs to drive patient acquisition, brand awareness, and referral growth across all markets. This position owns the full marketing mix and is responsible for both internal and external communications that advance the Kolmac brand.
What You Will Do
Own performance marketing strategy and budget, plan and launch pay-per-click (PPC) and paid search campaigns, develop and oversee geofencing and geotargeted advertising programs, direct out-of-home (OOH) advertising, lead social media strategy, oversee marketing collateral development, and own the company website strategy.

Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience
- Hands-on performance marketing, PPC/paid search, and social media experience
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics, attribution, and reporting tools
- Bachelor’s Degree
Benefits
- Base Compensation Range: $120,000- $135,000
