Alternate Sales Engineer – Commercial Services

Role Overview

The Sales Engineer Apprentice aims to commercialize, in a proactive manner, tailored services solutions for modernizing, maintaining, and bringing products KONE up to standard. He works in close relation with the sales engineer to whom he provides support in his operational missions.

What You Will Do

Prospect to identify new opportunities, create and maintain lasting relationships with clients and prospects, identify needs and propose adapted solutions, ensure the promotion of KONE services, generate commercial opportunities, price and negotiate proposals, ensure the conformity of orders and follow-up of files, document information in the CRM and ensure a rigorous follow-up, collaborate with technical and financial teams for invoicing, contribute to customer satisfaction and resolution of complaints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree + 5 (first year of Master’s school of commerce or engineer) with a commercial or technical specialization
