Service Sales Engineer

Role Overview

Lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and customers, proactively identifying solutions and developing processes that add value to customers.

Influence, result-driven, and have strong commercial acumen skills, with a focus on customer service and sales development strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years’ Service Sales experience within the Elevator industry
  • Minimum 5 years Sales experience
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter
  • Ability to interpret and analyze customer needs
  • Passion for sales, with a proven track record in handling Key Accounts
  • Excellent Arabic & English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
