Data Analyst

Role Overview

As a Specialist, Digital focused on Data Analytics, you will support the delivery of digital products for our clients through analytics and reporting solutions. You will work closely with senior analysts, data scientists, engineers, product managers, designers, and business stakeholders across a variety of client engagements.

What You Will Do

Support client and internal teams in understanding business questions and translating them into analytical requirements, analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports, and communicate insights clearly through visualizations, summaries, and presentations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or analytics-focused role
• Programming experience in Python, Bash scripting, R or related language
• Working proficiency in SQL and experience querying cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery)
• Experience with Business Intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
• Foundational understanding of data modeling and analytics best practices
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs and metrics
• A/B testing and causal analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and consulting-style environments
• Interest in learning about data governance, privacy, and security best practices
• Curiosity about AI and ability to leverage AI tools to support your work
