Role Overview
Represent Kp Films as the primary face to the customer, building strong relationships and executing on sales strategy at various accounts within one’s territory.
What You Will Do
Develop and manage relationships with existing and new customers, broaden Kp’s understanding of customer’s business, and use market research to establish clear understanding of key goals and strategies.

Must have commercial or technical studies/education with 5-10 years of sales experience in highly sophisticated products, preferably in packaging industries for Pharma and Medical Device.
Requirements
- Commercial or technical studies/education
- 5-10 years of sales experience in highly sophisticated products
- Working knowledge of polymers and related conversion capabilities
- Demonstrated expertise in sales planning and process
- Ability to communicate and work effectively in a team environment
- Computer skills, MS Office, SAP, and SalesForce knowledge
- Excellent presentation skills
- Financial skills to evaluate business implications of customer decisions
- Highly organized nature with excellent time management skills
- Ability to manage for aggressive growth with a strong sense of urgency
