As a Marketing Analyst, you will support data-driven decision-making and bring marketing plans to life by analyzing consumption, retail sales, market share, and competitive performance using syndicated data sources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience; prior brand marketing or marketing analytics experience preferred
- Experience working with syndicated data sources such as Nielsen, IRI, or Circana
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Passion for understanding consumer behavior, culture, and trends
- Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal

- New Hire Base Salary Range: $77,800.00 – $97,300.00
- Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents
