Role Overview
As the Sales Director, you will drive individual sales efforts, develop strategic partnerships, and manage the entire sales cycle for Swisslog’s advanced automation. This role requires a dynamic and experienced sales professional with a proven track record in the automation, logistics, or supply chain industries.

Develop and execute sales strategies, identify and prioritize high-value opportunities, build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and product development teams to design tailored solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on automation, supply chain, or logistics solutions
- Proven success in closing complex, high-value sales deals
- Strong understanding of warehouse automation, robotics, or supply chain processes
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
