Marketing Manager (WFH, Full-Time)

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives across our portfolio of water, filtration, and pool equipment businesses. In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies that support dealer networks, distributors, commercial partners, and direct sales efforts across Australian and international markets.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies, lead brand positioning, demand generation, and channel marketing initiatives, manage marketing budgets, campaigns, and performance metrics, coordinate with sales teams, distributors, dealers, and business partners, and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.

Must-have qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, 5+ years of marketing experience, and strong experience in B2B marketing, channel marketing, or distributor-based sales environments.
