Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales management in the Agriculture Industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region up to 50% of the time
