What You Will Do

The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving or surpassing store and individual sales goals, promoting in-home design programs, and championing the selling process. They will also provide coaching, training, and support to sales teams, ensure staff deliver exceptional customer service, and build a motivated and cohesive team.
