Role Overview

As a Sales Manager at La-Z-Boy, you will be responsible for guiding high-end clients through a premium sales experience, creating inspired spaces with world-class furniture and décor, and curating luxury looks while earning commissions with no ceiling.

What You Will Do

You will achieve or surpass store and individual sales goals, promote in-home design programs, and champion the selling process by overseeing the interaction on the sales floor and evaluating team performance.

Requirements

  • High School or GED Equivalent
