A pivotal leader responsible for driving sales growth and fostering a high-performing sales team. The role involves executing personnel and store sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets, while consistently upholding the company’s ethos of prioritizing people, optimizing processes, delivering exceptional products, and reinforcing the brand’s core values.
What You Will Do
Delivering a premium client experience while driving personal sales performance. Creating inspired spaces with world-class furniture and décor. Curating luxury looks while earning commissions with no ceiling. Supporting the store manager in leading, motivating, and developing the sales team.

Requirements
- High School or GED Equivalent
- 1-3 years in a business unit with a retail sales emphasis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, financial understanding, adept interpersonal communication, analytical abilities, goal orientation, team management, and customer service.
