Role Overview
Leads process improvement initiatives, manages a team providing operational support, and advises business groups on strategic direction. Ensures policies and procedures align with corporate vision. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel.
What You Will Do
Responsible for forecast accuracy, oversees booking process, leads product configuration, communicates with sales teams and engineering, and conducts regular meetings to review customer shipments.

Requires 5+ years of related experience, 2 years of supervisory or CFT leadership experience, and Mandarin language fluency is a plus.
