Product Owner Growth

Role Overview

As a Product Owner Growth, you will play a key role in improving our overall performance by combining a strong commercial mindset with an understanding of digital behavior across different target audiences. You will move easily between teams and domains, connecting marketing, product, data, and technology.

What You Will Do

You will take full ownership of the growth roadmap and continuously drive improvements in conversion, engagement, and revenue across our digital platforms. You will define and lead the growth strategy, manage and prioritize your product backlog, and collaborate closely with developers, designers, data analysts, marketers, and fellow product owners.

Requirements

• Academic level of thinking and working, with 3–5 years of relevant experience in a digital product or growth role
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
• Proven experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion optimization
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to connect different teams
• Solid understanding of digital platforms, customer journeys, and online business models
