Role Overview
As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to build, develop, and optimize tech stacks, create scalable workflows and automations, and provide real decision-making foundations through reports, dashboards, and analyses.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for building and optimizing tech stacks, creating scalable workflows and automations, developing reports and dashboards, and driving improvements in pipeline transparency.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will shape pipeline transparency, identify areas for improvement, and drive changes independently. You will also take end-to-end responsibility for operational initiatives and develop yourself as the internal contact point for RevOps tooling and data questions.
Requirements
- Fundamental professional experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM administration
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Salesforce knowledge beyond the basics, including configuration, automation, and optimization
- Practical experience with Zendesk or similar support and CS tools
- Analytical thinking and ability to work with data
- Proactive and able to find solutions in unclear situations
- Experience with AI tools in the operational context
