Establish and evolve digital marketing processes, develop and execute marketing strategies, and manage channels to meet or exceed key performance metrics. What You Will Do
Own and administer the marketing tech stack, plan and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns, develop and manage demand generation programs, configure and optimize HubSpot workflows, and manage paid acquisition strategy.

Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience
- Hands-on ownership of demand generation programs
- Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, Salesforce, and paid media platforms
- Proven HubSpot power user or admin
- Experience in enterprise SaaS with direct alignment to a B2B sales team
- Demonstrated track record of setting and consistently hitting aggressive pipeline, lead generation, or revenue-influenced marketing goals
- Meticulous attention to detail with experience in campaign QA, A/B testing, data hygiene, multi-touch attribution, and performance measurement
