Role Overview

Join a high-growth SaaS scale-up and shape how our GTM teams learn, ramp, and perform. As part of the GTM Enablement team, your main focus will be Customer Success and Account Management: the teams responsible for retention and expansion.

What You Will Do

Develop and run enablement initiatives that make our CS Growth and CS Care teams measurably better at driving renewals and expansion. Build the structures (and the AI-assisted workflows behind them) that let the team scale: knowledge management, meeting formats, and initiative alignment across the GTM org.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in enablement, L&D, CS, Sales, or a mix
  • Hands-on generalist: as comfortable facilitating a workshop as you are joining a client call, learning the product inside out, and coaching someone on how they ran the conversation
  • Strong end-to-end ownership: you scope, design, execute, and maintain your projects rather than handing them off halfway
  • An entrepreneurial mindset: impact-driven, agile, and unfazed when priorities shift
  • Fluent written and verbal English. German is a plus
