Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will lead and coordinate marketing activities during a 6-month maternity leave cover, ensuring priorities are aligned and key initiatives are successfully delivered. The team operates across several European markets, with a particular focus on France, Spain, Italy, and the DACH region.

What You Will Do

Execute and adapt Lengow’s marketing plan, coordinate marketing initiatives, monitor marketing performance, and drive data-informed decisions to optimise marketing investments.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of marketing experience, including significant experience in a B2B SaaS environment, and a strong understanding of B2B SaaS business models and marketing metrics.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in marketing, including significant experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Defining and executing marketing plans
  • Leading and developing a marketing team
  • Working closely with Sales and commercial stakeholders
  • Managing marketing budgets and tracking business performance
