Role Overview
As Account Executive, you’ll support the NZ Sales Manager across order management, delivery, replenishment and business planning to ensure wholesale customers receive the right product, at the right time, and in full.
What You Will Do
Manage the end-to-end order process, support delivery performance, partner with the NZ Sales Manager, and build strong working relationships with key customer contacts and internal cross-functional partners.

Requirements
- Experience in a similar sales support, account coordination, order management or wholesale operations role
- Strong Excel capability and confidence working with data, reports and formulas
- Experience using SAP or a similar order management system
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage timelines, priorities and detail
- An analytical, numbers-focused mindset with a practical approach to problem solving
- A collaborative style and the confidence to build relationships across teams and with external retail partners
