Role Overview
Lead a team of 12 employees in a region, responsible for vaccine sales in pharmacies. Ensure clear regional leadership, strict prioritization, and consistent implementation. Develop a new business model for a leading manufacturer.
What You Will Do
Lead acquisition and activation, training and enablement, and partnership and sales development. Ensure pharmacies are successfully won over for vaccine offers, and vaccine sales increase measurably.

Requirements
- Experience in leading sales or account teams in a healthcare/pharma/apothecary environment
- Experience with multichannel/omnichannel setups
- Very good coaching, communication, and stakeholder skills
- Safe handling of CRM and reporting systems
- German and English on a professional level
