Role Overview
Lead commercial activity for a portfolio of specialty medicines in Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, and Portugal. Responsible for a team of Specialty Sales Representatives and accountable for performance, execution, and team development.
What You Will Do
Translate brand and portfolio strategies into effective local field execution, ensure consistent delivery, and adapt to each national market’s needs. Monitor performance using CRM data and field insights, take corrective action where required.
