Role Overview
Lead commercial activity for a portfolio of specialty medicines in Poland and Hungary, responsible for a team of Specialty Sales Representatives. The role involves translating brand and portfolio strategies into effective local field execution, ensuring consistent and compliant delivery.
What You Will Do
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Specialty Sales Representatives, own performance against sales, activity, and quality KPIs, implement strategy in line with partner objectives and portfolio priorities.
