Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our pharmaceutical sales operations across Sub-Saharan Africa, with a focus on Mozambique, Namibia, and Botswana. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing a team of 8, including Sales Representatives and a Team Leader, based across the region.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed business objectives. Lead, mentor, and support a geographically dispersed sales team. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key stakeholders.
