As a Business Development Manager, you will drive sales growth and expand market share in Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids, and Northern Indiana. You will leverage various tools to identify clients, develop customized proposals, and build long-term relationships.

What You Will Do

Conduct targeted prospecting, develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, conduct sales calls and virtual meetings, develop customized proposals, and achieve sales targets. You will also analyze competitors’ strategies, provide feedback on customer needs, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or inside sales, preferably in Overhead Cranes
  • Proven track record of generating and closing sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to present complex solutions clearly
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Positive attitude with a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
