Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand market share for Lift Solutions, a company that provides end-to-end industrial lifting solutions. The role involves conducting targeted prospecting, developing and maintaining a pipeline of potential clients, and achieving sales targets.

What You Will Do

Conduct sales calls and virtual meetings with prospective clients, develop customized proposals and sales presentations, and build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or inside sales, preferably in Overhead Cranes
  • Proven track record of generating and closing sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to present complex solutions clearly
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Positive attitude with a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
