Role Overview

This employee increases revenue by responding to incoming and/or initiating outgoing customer inquiries; using company resources, policies, and procedures to provide complete, accurate data.

What You Will Do

Respond to customer inquiries, promote products, resolve customer concerns, record customer information, and provide customer follow-up.

1-2 years inside sales experience required, prior health care and/or medical experience preferred, and ability to type at least 25-30 wpm.
