Role Overview

Join the GTM Innovation Hub to build tools, automation, and analytical systems for LinkedIn Talent Solutions Sales Operations. As a GTM Strategy and Operations Associate, you will design, build, and operationalize systems that move the organization from manual analysis to repeatable, automated workflows. This role is for builders who pair technical depth with business judgment and can take ambiguous GTM problems and translate them into structured analytical or technical solutions.

What You Will Do

Diagnose problems, build AI-powered tools, automate workflows, build data pipelines, and surface insights. Partner with stakeholders, communicate technical trade-offs, and document and scale your work.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role is for individuals with a quantitative or technical background, 2+ years of experience in a strategic, analytical, or operational role, and experience building automations workflows or data tools. You should be comfortable working directly with business stakeholders, scoping ambiguous asks, and presenting work-in-progress.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in a quantitative or technical field
  • 2+ years of experience in a strategic, analytical, or operational role
  • 2+ years of experience building automations workflows or data tools
  • 1+ years of experience with at least one LLM API
  • 1+ years of experience with Python
  • 2+ years of experience with SQL and Excel
