Role Overview
Manage accounts and distributors, develop customer relationships, and drive new business development in the automotive industry. Collaborate with global teams to define new opportunities and coordinate sales efforts. Responsible for the entire sales process, from strategy to contract conclusion.
What You Will Do
Regular customer visits, order taking, shipment arrangement, market analysis, sales lead promotion, and new business opportunity development. Coordinate technical and sales issues, report on sales and project status, and participate in strategic sales planning.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electronics background preferred)
- At least 5+ years of sales experience in automotive industry (Sales experience with OEMs or their tiers preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Problem solving skills & High-level solution, value selling and negotiation
