Role Overview
The Bids and Sales Operations Manager is responsible for the preparation and presentation of tenders and proposals to ensure that Ticketmaster wins and maintains contracts for ticketing services for new and existing clients. This role is the key point of contact for the Business Development, Marketing, and Support and Operations teams for all tender proposals.
What You Will Do
Lead the project management of all tender documents, support the creation of engaging sales decks and presentations, drive continuous improvement in tender processes, and support strategic business development activities.

Requirements
- Extensive experience in successful tender preparation for both government and non-government entities
- Marketing, Business Management or Project Management related degree

- Track record of managing impactful business projects, applying strategic insight and aligning with organizational goals
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain close working relationships with relevant stakeholders
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and communication with an aim to grow team dynamics
