Sales Manager in the Field of Baden-Württemberg (m/w/d)

Role Overview

You will be responsible for sales activities in a assigned area or for specific key customers in your own company car. You will actively win projects for our area of mobile surveillance technology and care for them comprehensively and long-term.

What You Will Do

Your tasks include acquisition of new customers, development of existing customers, independent sales negotiations with decision-makers, developing individual security concepts, creating calculations, offers, and closing new contracts, regular reporting, and participation in trade fairs and events.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training
  • Professional experience in sales / rental, construction industry
  • First professional experience in team leadership
  • Passion and success hunger
  • High level of self-motivation and reliability
  • Knowledge of common MS-Office products
  • Very good German in word and writing
  • Team ability
  • Driving license class B (B96, BE is an advantage)
  • Nationwide travel readiness
