Role Overview
The B2B Growth Marketing Manager will serve as an integral role in identifying and creating high value and high impact strategies for clients across delivery and account management teams. This role will focus on the ideation and execution of B2B marketing and customer journey initiatives for clients, contributing to the growth of this channel at Logical.
What You Will Do
Primary responsibilities include working across account teams, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing and implementing cross-channel programs, leading strategic meetings, and building custom multi-channel reports.

Requirements
- CRM platform proficiency, Hubspot preferred
- Understanding of tailoring performance marketing channels to unique customer journeys and/or Account Based Marketing needs
- Experience in identifying new marketing channels and target audiences
- Comfortability with collaboration and presentation
- Passion for creative problem-solving
