Role Overview
Local Logic is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help turn our next-generation go-to-market strategy into scalable, pipeline-generating execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who is just as comfortable optimizing LinkedIn Ads as they are improving a website journey, testing outbound messaging, refining an offer, analyzing funnel performance, or using Claude to move faster from insight to execution.
What You Will Do
You will work closely with our GTM Director to turn AI-powered signals, context, and intelligence into scalable growth plays: campaigns, landing pages, outbound motions, audience segments, conversion flows, reporting, and repeatable plays. You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of growth campaigns across paid, organic, outbound, web, email, and other performance channels.

You will work closely with our GTM Director, VP Marketing, broader marketing and sales teams to translate intelligence into pipeline-generating action.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, demand generation, revenue marketing, or a similar hands-on B2B marketing role
- Strong experience managing paid acquisition campaigns, especially LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of website optimization, including landing page performance, SEO, AEO, conversion rate optimization, and user journeys
- Experience working across campaign workflows that include paid media, web, email, outbound, audience segmentation, conversion paths, and reporting
- Hands-on experience using Codex/Claude to improve marketing execution, research, analysis, workflow automation, and content iteration
- A genuine interest in AI-native GTM organizations and how modern marketing teams can use AI to operate faster, smarter, and more efficiently
- Ability to translate strategy, research, market intelligence, and account insights into concrete growth execution
- Comfort working with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, ad platforms, analytics tools, and automation platforms
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn performance data into clear decisions and next steps
- Ability to move quickly, manage multiple priorities, and operate with a high degree of ownership
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Based in Montreal and comfortable working in a hybrid environment
