Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead an established department in our Stafford Mercedes-Benz franchise. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day running of the showroom, including vehicle valuations and sales, and will be responsible for managing staff performance and implementing department targets.
What You Will Do
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full sales process, from web inquiry to phone and showroom, and will oversee the vehicle journey from workshop prep to imaging and showroom presentation.
