Role Overview
The Sales Lead supports the leadership team by providing guidance, coaching, and day-to-day assistance to sales professionals. This role is responsible for helping to execute key daily functions, fostering a positive and productive sales environment, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
What You Will Do
Meet or exceed established sales goals, provide approvals on discounted pricing, process MTO’s, and assist with training and coaching sales professionals.

Requirements
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of proven sales experience in a high customer service-oriented industry
- Previous supervisory experience in a team environment
- Demonstrated working knowledge of MS Office products
- Ability to learn in-house computer programs
- Excellent customer service, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
