Role Overview
The Affiliate Marketing Manager will define and manage the EMEA Affiliates channel strategy to support the regional goals for guest acquisition and retention. The team sits within the EMEA Digital Marketing organisation and is responsible for defining and executing the regional strategy for guest acquisition and retention across paid digital channels.
What You Will Do
Define and manage the EMEA Affiliates channel strategy, lead the EMEA Affiliate channel strategy, mentor and develop the Affiliates Marketing Specialist, drive ideation and channel roadmaps, design the measurement framework for Affiliates, and evolve the Affiliate programme with an agile, test & learn approach.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years hands on experience in Affiliate marketing, preferably within Luxury/Retail in EMEA, and be proficient in reporting & analytics tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.
Requirements
- 5+ years hands on experience in Affiliate marketing
- Experience working with top Affiliate networks like Awin, Rakuten, CJ, etc.
- Proficient in reporting & analytics tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and focus on what matters
- Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and build partner relationships
