Role Overview
Join Luma as our Revenue Operations Lead, serving as a strategic partner to Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and executive leadership. You will help optimize and scale our global go-to-market operating system, ensuring our processes, systems, reporting, and planning infrastructure can support the next phase of growth.
What You Will Do
Optimize and scale Luma’s go-to-market operations, including owning and optimizing the GTM technology stack, leading CRM enhancements, building and maintaining dashboards and reporting infrastructure, and designing and improving lead routing, lifecycle management, and handoff processes.

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Business Operations
- Proven experience supporting both Sales and Customer Success organizations in a high-growth technology environment
- Strong technical proficiency with CRM platforms and systems implementation, including Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar GTM technology ecosystems
- Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency with Excel/Sheets, reporting tools, and operational analysis
- Demonstrated hands-on experience building and improving operational processes, systems, and reporting infrastructure
- Familiarity with modern AI tools and workflows, including platforms such as Claude
- Exceptional cross-functional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple teams and levels
